Frequently Asked Questions
Which accounts can I see in Online Banking and Mobile App?
With the new online banking and mobile app, you can see all accounts (share & loan) associated with your social security number (primary or joint accounts). If you do not see an account (joint or primary account associated with your social security number) in your online banking/mobile app, then please visit a branch. There are options to customize which accounts are shown or hidden.
Why am I getting error messages when trying to connect my third-party payment account (Plaid, PayPal, etc.)?
We're aware of an issue causing errors when connecting certain third-party payment sites. Our team is working with these vendors (Plaid, PayPal, etc.) to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, we don't have a specific timeframe (ETA) for the fix because these vendors rely on automated systems to detect and update issues. We recommend you try again later, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
My Mortgage and Mortgage Portal buttons, which one do I choose?
My Mortgage will bring you from Online Banking directly to your mortgage to view and make payments. Mortgage Portal will bring you to the sign on page within eStatus Connect (secure mortgage site) that will allow you to use your sign on credentials from eStatus Connect.
Will I have to re-enroll in Online Banking and the Mobile App?
Yes. Once the new platform is available, all members will have to do a one-time re-enrollment to access the new Online Banking/Mobile App. Your one-time re-enrollment will grant your access to BOTH Online Banking and the Mobile App.
When will the new Online Banking and Mobile App be available?
The new Online Banking and Mobile App will be available to all members June 20, 2024. Regularly check your email and the Texas Trust website for important updates.
Will I still have eAlerts for my account?
The new Online Banking and Mobile app will have new messaging and alert capabilities. The current eAlerts function will be permanently discontinued at a later date.
I am currently using Bill Pay, will all of my payments and payees roll over to the new Online Banking/Mobile App?
Your payments and payees associated with the account you use to register for the new Online Banking/Mobile App will roll over. Payments and payees associated with different accounts may require additional set-up within the new platform.
