Known Issues: Being Addressed

known issue In some cases, members using the new Bill Pay experience encounter an error message stating they are not eligible for Bill Pay or missing their payees.

known issue Third party account linking services such as Plaid, Yodlee, and others used by vendors like Paypal, Venmo, or personal finance managers are currently unable to link accounts.

known issue  Some members are experiencing issues where they may not see Trust/Estate accounts.

known issue Some instances of Android users unable to log in to the mobile app after being prompted for their one time PIN.

known issue We've added a new option to our mobile app's main menu to help members easily locate biometrics and Sign Off features.

known issue Members are now able to reveal the masked password they typed by clicking or tapping the "eye" icon.
