Tips for keeping your Texas Trust Accounts Secure from Fraud and Scams

  • Our team members are already familiar with your account information. If you receive a call requesting this information to halt or complete a transaction, please end the call immediately and refrain from providing any details.
  • Scammers often create a sense of urgency, demanding immediate action. If you answer such calls, remain calm, do not react, and promptly hang up. Then, contact us directly.
  • Under no circumstances should you share your account PIN, passcodes, Social Security number, birth date, or other personal information with anyone who contacts you via phone, text, or email. If they claim to represent Texas Trust or any financial institution, please verify their identity first.
