General Questions

 

When will the new Online Banking and Mobile App be availble?


The new Online Banking and Mobile App will be available to all members June 20, 2024. Regularly check your email and the Texas Trust website for important updates.

Will there be any changes to my member number, account numbers, or card numbers?


No. Your member number, account numbers, and card numbers will not be affected by the change to the new online banking and mobile app platform.

Which accounts can I see in Online Banking and Mobile App? 


With the new online banking and mobile app, you can see all accounts (share & loan) associated with your social security number. If you do not see an account (joint or primary account associated with your social security number) in your online banking/mobile app, then please visit a branch.

What should I do with my external transfers?


On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, your scheduled and/or recurring external transfers will stop. Any transfers scheduled to be processed on or before Tuesday, June 18, 2024, will transfer as normal. All future external transfers must be scheduled using the new online banking/mobile app. 

I forgot my new username and/or password. How do I get this information?


  1. Visit www.TexasTrustCU.org
  2. Click on the Sign In button at the top right of the screen
  3. Select Forgot Username/Password? 
  4. Choose I forgot my password
  5. Specify your type of account; Personal or Business. Then select Continue
  6. Enter your SSN or EIN and your Member Number (this must be the same member number you used to enroll for online banking) and select Continue
  7. Enter a new password and confirm your new password
  8. Authentication is required. Choose to authenticate with your email address or mobile phone number
  9. Once you receive the Authentication PIN, enter the PIN
  10. Your password has been reset, and you can now sign in with your new password

How to make Stop Payments for a range of checks?


To make a stop payment range you will need to contact us through the Secure Message feature.

How do I set up biometrics in the mobile app? 


1: In the mobile app, select the "Menu"

2: Select the "Settings" icon. 

3: Toggle the "Face Authentication" button. 

4: Set up your biometrics on for your phone. 

Enrollment and Signing In

Will I have to re-enroll in Online Banking and the Mobile App?


Yes. Once the new platform is available, all members will have to do a one-time re-enrollment to access the new Online Banking/Mobile App. Your one-time re-enrollment will grant you access to BOTH Online Banking and the Mobile App.

How do I enroll in the new online banking and mobile app platform?


Follow these steps to enroll:

  1. Visit www.texastrustcu.org and click on “Register for Online Banking”
  2. You will be redirected to the new online banking site. Click the “Not enrolled? Sign Up Now!” button under Sign In.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your re-enrollment. You will need your Member Number, Social Security Number or EIN (for business accounts) to get started.
  4. After you enter your account and personal information you will create a username and password.
  5. Verify your username and password, accept all the terms and conditions, and complete the one-time verification.
  6. You are now ready to use the new online banking and mobile app experience.

Where can I find my member number to enroll?


You can locate your member number on a Texas Trust Account Statement, Texas Trust Check, or your signed Membership Application.

Will I have to re-install or update the Texas Trust Mobile App on my mobile device?


Once the new mobile app and online banking platform are available, you must update the Texas Trust Mobile App on your mobile device. You will be prompted to update the app on June 20, 2024. You can also follow these steps to update the mobile app after June 20, 2024:

  1. Open the app store on your mobile device
  2. Search for 'Texas Trust Credit Union Mobile App'
  3. Locate and click the 'UPDATE' button
  4. Your app will then update, re-install, and be available for you to use.

I have hyphens and spacing within my name, how should I type this when enrolling?


As a great rule of thumb, enter your name exactly as you see it on your monthly Texas Trust statements. This will ensure that all spacing and hyphenation is correct.

My account is an international type: how do I access my account? 


To register for online banking, please use your ITIN, Tax ID, or the account number you provided when you opened your account.

Bill Pay Questions and Answers

I am currently using Bill Pay, will all of my payments and payees roll over to the new Online Banking/Mobile App?


Your payments and payees associated with the account you used to register for the new Online Banking/Mobile App will roll over. Payments and payees associated with different accounts may require additional set-up within the new platform. 

How will my automatic and scheduled bill payments be affected?


Bill pay will now be under one profile instead of having one profile for each account – to ensure there aren’t duplicate payments being issued, contact Bill Pay Support at 866-673-6954

Alerts & Secure Messaging Questions and Answers

Will I still have eAlerts for my account?


The new Online Banking and Mobile app will have new messaging and alert capabilities. The current eAlerts function will be permanently discontinued at a later date.

Will I have access to my secure messages?


Secure messages that were created in the old online banking/mobile app platform will not be available in the new online banking/mobile app experience.

Quicken & QuickBooks Questions and Answers

What should I do if I have a Quicken or QuickBooks account associated with my Texas Trust account?


Notice: Quicken/QuickBooks will be available at a later date. 

All Quicken and QuickBooks users are required to convert their accounts before the new online banking platform launches on June 20, 2024. Please view detailed instructions on the Quicken/QuickBook conversion page.

Business Accounts

Will I have to re-enroll in Online Banking and the Mobile App for my Business Account(s)?


Yes. Once the new platform is available, all members will have to do a one-time re-enrollment to access the new Online Banking/Mobile App. Your one-time re-enrollment will grant you access to BOTH Online Banking and the Mobile App. When enrolling your business account, please have the following items:

  • Taxpayer ID Number (SSN or EIN)
  • Member Number for your business account

Where can I find my member number to enroll?


You can locate your member number on a Texas Trust Account Statement, Texas Trust Check, or your signed Membership Application.

Manage Your Mortgage

How do I access my Mortgage within the new platform?


After you enroll you can access your mortgage account by signing in and then locating My Mortgage within the Menu.

Can I make a payment on my Mortgage within the new platform?


Yes! To make a payment follow these steps:

  1. Sign In to Texas Trust Online Banking

  2. Locate Mortgage with the Menu then select My Mortgage

  3. You will be redirected to the Mortgage Portal

  4. Within the portal locate Payment then Payment Options

  5. Follow the prompts to set up a one-time payment or recurring draft

Only primary account holders can access mortgage payments through online banking/mobile app. If you are a joint member on a mortgage, you can log in directly to the mortgage portal to manage your mortgage. Log In to the Mortgage Portal

Why can't I see my mortgage information online?


You may not be listed as the primary account owner. Only the primary account owner can view mortgage details through our standard online banking portal. But don't worry, you can still access all your mortgage information by registering at eStatus Connect. This service allows you to view your mortgage, make payments, and access important documents.

How do I register to view my mortgage on eStatus Connect?


To register, you'll need your mortgage account number (found on your mortgage statement) and your Social Security number. Just follow these steps:

  • Visit eStatus Connect.
  • Click on 'Register' and follow the instructions to set up your account.
  • Once registered, you'll have full access to your mortgage details, payment options, and document retrieval.

Can joint account owners view mortgage details?


Yes, joint account owners can view mortgage details, but unlike the primary owner, they must register separately at eStatus Connect using their mortgage account number and Social Security number. This ensures the privacy and security of your account information.

What can I do on eStatus Connect?


eStatus Connect offers a variety of features to help you manage your mortgage efficiently:

  • View detailed mortgage information
  • Make payments online
  • Download or request necessary mortgage-related documents
