Please follow the steps below:
- Click on "Tools and Services"
- Then select "Manage Alerts"
- To view, set up, and manage security alert preferences select: "Security Alerts"
- Choose: "Delivery preferences", to manage how you want to receive your alerts. You can choose to receive alerts to your email address, text messages or SMS, or a push notification if you are using the Mobile App.
- You can choose to enable 4 different Security Alerts. A Failed Login Alert, a Login Alert, a Profile Change Alert, and a Secure Message Notification alert
- To enable an alert ensure the radio button appears blue
