1. Visit the myRewards website
2. Enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on your rewards card or rewards card welcome letter
3. Enter the Zipcode associated with your rewards card and the last 4 digits on your card
4. Create your username and add any authorized users
5. Set up notifications and accept the program terms and conditions.
6. Start using your card to earn points!
