How do I enroll for Mobile Banking?


  1. Before accessing your account you must be enrolled in Online Banking
  2. Visit your app store of choice (iTunes or Google Play)

  3. Search for Texas Trust Mobile App or Texas Trust Credit Union
  4. Once the app is installed select Don't have an account? Enroll under Sign In and follow the prompts
  5. You will need your Member Number, SSN or EIN (for business accounts) and the email address associated with your Texas Trust account to enroll.

 

How do I enable Touch ID/Fingerprint/Face ID?


  1. Once in the app click in the menu and locate Settings or Gear icon in the top left
  2. Within Settings enable Face ID Authentication and Biometrics 
  3. Your settings will automatically be saved and your biometrics will be enabled
  4. You can change these preferences at any time under Settings

 

How do I enable Push Notifications?


  1. Within the Texas Trust Mobile App select the Menu
  2. Select Manage Alerts under Personal Profile
  3. Choose the category of alerts then check Push Notification under Delivery Preferences

Pro Tip: Make sure you allow the Texas Trust app to send you notifications on your mobile device. On most mobile devices this can be adjusted in Settings.
