Am I eligible to be a member at Texas Trust?


You are eligible if you:

  • Live work or worship in Dallas, Tarrant (Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield) Tom Green (San Angelo), or Henderson (Athens) Counties 
  • Live, work, or worship in the majority of Ellis (Midlothian), Denton (Flower Mound) or Johnson (Mansfield) counties (geographic limitations apply)
  • Are a family member of a current member

What are the wire transfer instructions?


To avoid an offline wire fee, please follow the instructions below when receiving incoming wires destined to your Texas Trust account:

How do I set up direct deposit?


  1. Download our Direct Deposit Form
  2. Fill out the form. You will need your 13-digit account number, your personal information, and the type of account (checking or savings) to complete the form
  3. If your employer participates in direct deposit, provide your completed direct deposit form to your employer and you are all set!

 

I am traveling. Can I still use my debit card?


Yes, it is best practice to inform us 48 hours prior to traveling so that we can make sure your card does not get blocked. Please call us at (972) 263-5171 or send us a secure message through the Mobile App or Online Banking with your card number, travel dates, and location you are traveling.

 

What do I do if my card has become lost or stolen?


If your card is lost or stolen call (888) 297-3416

 

How do I send a Secure Message?


Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App and locate Secure Messages. You can then compose a secure message that the Texas Trust team will receive. 

Secure Messages in online banking can be located under Tools & Services.

In the mobile app Secure Messages are located in the Menu or the Alert (bell) icon at the top left of the screen.

 

How do I make a loan payment?


There are a few different ways a loan payment can be made.

  1. You can choose to set up External Loan Payments from a different financial institution to a Texas Trust loan account. This can be completed with the Texas Trust Mobile App or Online Banking. Learn how to set up External Accounts here.
  2. You can mail your payment for personal loans, credit card, mortgage loan, or business loan to:

If you have a checking or savings account with Texas Trust, you can make a payment by transferring money from your Texas Trust checking or savings account to your Texas Trust loan account.
